He started his career in the manufacturing and service operations of Carrier Corporation as a branch office manager, and after 25 years of increasing responsibility was promoted to Vice President, World Wide Service operations with full P & L responsibility for over $400 million in revenue and 3,000 employees. Over the past ten years since leaving Carrier Corporation, Joe has been CEO / President / COO in several entrepreneurial companies, both public and private ranging from a high tech start up to a $1bn plus service/maintenance firm. Operating in several private equity backed companies has allowed Joe to balance the disciplines of operating management with the capital structure considerations of financial sponsor partners. He is frequently called upon by major field service organizations to consult on operational and strategic issues. As a professionally educated engineer and technologist, Joe has participated in design and product development teams and holds two United States patents. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is the author of several professional articles on service marketing and process reengineering. An avid horseperson, Joe and his wife Donna live on a ranch in the Front Range region of Colorado outside Denver. Joe is an associate of Denargo Capital.
